Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Pottery
Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original padding and box to ensure they arrive back at our Asheville studio safely.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
